Circle Auction presents our summer edition of Art + Antiques: featuring varied selections of 19th and 20th century original art, prints, continental decorative antiques, bronzes, sterling, carved marble busts, and jewelry.
Artwork highlights include prints by Thomas Hart Benton, Barry Moser, and Birger Sandzen; bronze sculptures by Erte, Enzo Plazzotta, and Sandra Koop; oils by Dave Merrill, Don Ricks, Willie Pusley, and Eliza Barchus. Other notable pieces include a 19th century American riverboat deck cannon, band signed Eagles “Hotel California” test pressing LP, glass by Tiffany and Lalique, several sterling flatware sets, and a monumental Chinese carved serpentine three masted ship measuring 63″ tall.

The Lithographs of Thomas Hart Benton: The Decker Collection
A rare single-owner group of Thomas Hart Benton lithographs, collected by Dr. Clarence R. Decker (UKC president, 1938–1953). Many are personally inscribed to Clarence and Mary Decker, reflecting their documented personal connection with Benton in Kansas City. Highlights include Prayer Meeting, commissioned by Decker in 1949 and recorded in Creekmore Fath’s catalogue raisonné. Fresh to market from long-term family ownership.
