Circle Auction is currently inviting consignments for our upcoming Modern + Contemporary: Art & Design auction. We are seeking artwork by modern and contemporary artists including Midwest names such as Wilbur Niewald, Roger Shimomura, Nick Vaccaro, Ron Slowinski, and Lisa Grossman, as well as national artists like Alexander Calder, Christo, Frank Stella, Peter Max, Joan Miró, Andy Warhol, and Helen Frankenthaler.
We are also inviting consignments of modern furniture and design, including pieces by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller, Knoll, Dunbar, Hans Wegner, Dale Chihuly, Alvar Aalto for Artek, Ken Ferguson, and Val Bertoia.

The Lithographs of Thomas Hart Benton: The Decker Collection
A rare single-owner group of Thomas Hart Benton lithographs, collected by Dr. Clarence R. Decker (UKC president, 1938–1953). Many are personally inscribed to Clarence and Mary Decker, reflecting their documented personal connection with Benton in Kansas City. Highlights include Prayer Meeting, commissioned by Decker in 1949 and recorded in Creekmore Fath’s catalogue raisonné. Fresh to market from long-term family ownership.
